1. Acceptance
By accessing mjecostream.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose only
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Content on the Site does not constitute legal, regulatory, security, audit, or compliance advice and is not a substitute for engaging qualified counsel or a FedRAMP-recognized 3PAO.
3. No advisory relationship until engaged
Submitting the contact form, downloading the one-page overview, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship with MJ EcoStream. A consulting engagement begins only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.
4. Boundary of services
MJ EcoStream is an Independent Compliance Consultant. MJ EcoStream is not a FedRAMP-recognized Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), does not certify FedRAMP compliance, does not grant FedRAMP authorization, and does not replace agency authorizing officials or official assessment organizations. Where formal assessment is required, MJ EcoStream coordinates with a FedRAMP-recognized 3PAO of the client's choosing.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, graphics, layout, code, and downloadable materials, is the property of MJ EcoStream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and download materials for your internal, non-commercial evaluation use; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
6. Trademarks
FedRAMP® is a registered mark of the U.S. General Services Administration. References to HUD are to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All third-party marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no endorsement is implied.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. MJ EcoStream does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ EcoStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party resources (for example, FedRAMP policy documents). MJ EcoStream does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

MJ EcoStream may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
